Estonia has its own influence to the foreign countrys on developing Wi-Fi networks. On the last visit of Estonian president to Kazakhstan, WiFi.ee related IT adviser Mr. Ivar Tallo has chance to suggest to release 2,4 Ghz frequency for regular use. President of Kazakhstan Mr. Nazarbajev has taken this proposal seriously and an miracle of WiFi has rise in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is huge country, its territory 2.71 million sq km is more than whole Western Europe.
